Political Work
- BRS' young voters survey in key battleground states for the Obama for President Campaign in July 2008, informed strategic decisions for the national campaign.
- BRS' research helped shape the communications strategy that led to the defeat of California Propositions 74 and 76, Governor Schwarzenegger's initiatives that would have changed teacher tenure and given the Governor sole power to cut funding from schools.
- BRS provided winning research and strategic advice to progressive ballot initiatives in difficult states, such as defeating Amendment A in 2002 and passing Amendment E in 1998, both in South Dakota, which outlawed corporate agriculture in the state.
- BRS conducted focus groups to test television advertisements for the Clinton-Gore campaign in New Mexico and to inform final strategic decisions for the Clinton-Gore campaign in Ohio in 1992.
- BRS helped Congressional, Senate, and local candidates identify the issues and characteristics that are most important to voters and communicate on those themes that matter most.
